Jetting the carb fixed issue with its run ability. BP3505CTCD usually comes with a water pump, thermostat, and thermostat housing. Compression Ratio: 9.2:1 Aluminum Heads Hydraulic Roller Cam Cast Crankshaft Hyper eutectic Pistons, Block: NEW BluePrint Iron Block Manufactured and Machined in the USA. This particular engine does NOT include these parts. Engine is not used, but has been tested.

It has since been gone through and reworked but it was not Dino tested again.
