This listing is for a completely remanufactured and dynamo meter tested 6068TF150 John Deere industrial diesel engine with variable speed 12V injection pump. Each engine is remanufactured by Melton Industries; which a premier production rebuild that has been performing quality diesel re manufacturing since 1949. Engine configuration is based upon the 6068TF150 model number. These engines include complete overhaul kits; which piston liner kits, main bearings, rod seals, gaskets.
The injection pump, turbocharger, and injectors are remanufactured tested to meet new factory specifications. The cylinder head guides, valves, and valve seats are machined to new OEM specifications, or replaced. Furthermore, the cam bearings, fuel supply pump, freeze plugs, filters, hoses, and thermostat, are replaced. The water pump, oil and rocker arms are remanufactured or replaced with new.
Each engine is dynamo meter tested for a minimum of four 4 hours to perform break-in as well verify performance and quality control. All major castings are cleaned and NDT inspected for cracks / indications. Other configurations for other applications can be provided upon customer request.
