Happy motoring. This is an M186.920 3-liter straight 6 dual carburetor engine from a Mercedes 300a sedan Adenauer 1952. The crankshaft doesn't turn, most likely from a stuck piston or pistons. NOTE: I HAVE A LOT OF 300d ADENAUER W189 PARTS HAVEN'T LISTED.

Its missing the water pump but housing is there and air filter canister, but otherwise complete theres an extra Adenauer dipstick stuck in intake manifold, as you can see. I don't know much about this engine, it was thrown into the engin of a 300d Adenauer which bought as parts car.
